Curtis A. Frasier grew up in Sharon Springs, Kansas and graduated from Wallace County Community High School. He completed his BS degree in Agriculture from Kansas State University in 1973, where he was a member of the FarmHouse Fraternity. Curtis received his Juris Doctor degree in 1976 from Washburn University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state of Kansas.

He has been practicing law in Beloit since 1976, and his area of expertise includes estate planning, probate, trusts, real estate law, and business law. Curtis is active in community civic and charitable organizations and is a member of Solomon Valley Economic Development, Leadership Mitchell County, Rotary Club, Solomon Valley Community Foundation, and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
